   Within the stylish Tipapa Homestead, three suites are available to accommodate overnight guests. These include the West Wing, the Tipapa Suite, and the Canterbury Suite. Rest assured that you and your party will be the only visitors. Apart from the occasional glimpse of the owner, Tipapa will be yours exclusively from your arrival until your departure.

   You may also be assured that we don’t stand on ceremony. This is not a lodge, this is your home for the duration of your stay. The homestead is yours to relax in, the gardens and 500-acres of land are yours to explore, and ‘Bracken’ the friendly Vizsla is yours to pat.    All meals are included and will be prepared personally by our highly accomplished and multi-tasking manager, who will never be far away. Wine and spirits are also inclusive, as is the serenity of a truly unique and historic estate close to the Waipara wine-growing region, and the rich fishing grounds of Motunau, in the centre of the Alpine Pacific Triangle.
